M. Rajesh & Co was established in Bangalore city in the year 1981 by Mr. Mulchand. J. Jain the prop of the company as semi wholesale business started with cosmetic and F.M.C.G. products at Mamulpet continuing the journey of business in the year 1985, he opened a retail showroom of above products at Rangaswamy Temple Street. He was supported by his two sons Mr. Santosh Jain and Mr. Rajesh Jain to develop the business. The trio started the new trade of school stationery and office stationery and at the same time we were been appointed as distributor for Karnataka state for Okara India Ltd Mumbai, the mfrs of school stationery and with the support of company team business had excellent growth and the business premises was been transferred to Chickpet the place of wholesale market. We gave our customers good and fast service. In the year 1986 we were selected as super stockist for Karnataka for Royalon Brand School stationery manufactured by M/s Devangi Industries Andheri (E) Mumbai. The top most company in school stationery. The business grew with improved and many more general school stationery products from Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi, Chennai, etc. In the year 1988, we were assigned as super distributor for Flair Pens Ltd Goregoan (E) Mumbai, the manufacturer of exclusive metal fountain pens, roller pens, ballpens, gift sets, refils, markers, and also many reputed brands was been imported by Flair Pens Ltd such as Pierrecardin from Swiss, Edding from Germany, Hauser from Germany, Reform from Germany, Zig from Japan. With the support of company, we started to distribute (placement of products) all over Karnataka around 400 dealers in Bangalore and around 300 dealers across Karnataka state.

In year 1996 we shifted our business premises at our own building Suraj Kunj at Cottonpet for continuing the journey of business. We were been chosen as distributor for many other companies of school stationery and office stationery such as Aeroline from Delhi, Regal Creative Products from Delhi, Appu Art Materials from Bangalore, etc.

In the year 2006 we stepped ahead with business of modern retail stores, chain stores. We were appointed as super stockist for Pratap Plastics Goregoan (E) Mumbai the manufacturer of high quality plastic compass boxes, document cases, cloth clips, soap boxes, air tight containers, water bottles and many house hold products. Prime the mfrs of school stationery with only quality product manufacturer of school geometry boxes, teacher geometry box, scales, compass, and now clip boards. As time passed on our company was assigned as exclusive distributor for Modern Retail Stores for Hindustan Pencils Ltd Mumbai manufacturer of exclusive school stationery (the every day needs of children ) with Nataraj, Apsara, Colorama. And after good links from modern retail there was demand from all modern retail stores to add up business with decoration products, birthday accessories and return gifts also we were appointed as indenting agent for above companies and now we hope the journey to continue the business for a long growth with fruitful business for a longer time of our service.
